Conference Venue

The conference will be held at Rendezvous Hotel located on Flinders Street  in Melbourne CBD, Australia. Details of presentation rooms will be electronically sent to the registered delegates.

Presentation Days and Timings

Paper presentations will be scheduled between 9 Am – 6PM. Delegates will have 15 minutes available for their presentation, followed by a 5 minute Question & Answer session. The Session Chair is responsible for time management and delegates will be notified how much time they have remaining during the presentation.

Presentation Room Equipment

Each presentation room will be equipped with a projector and laptop computer. Please bring your presentation on a USB or pen-drive. Delegates are requested to arrive at the venue during the Registration period so that their presentation can be uploaded to the laptop computer.

Session Chair

Participants may serve as the Session Chair. The responsibility of the Session Chair are:

  • Review the full papers available before the commencement of the conference and produce a report in prescribed form ( one page only) as soon as the session is over.  If you are interested, please indicate your willingness in the Registration Form. A certificate will be issued to all Chairs acknowledging their role at the conference.
  • Paper Review: If want to join our Paper Review Committee, please indicate either by your email or by completed registration form. A certificate will be issued  to the Reviewer acknowledging such contribution.

Food and Beverages

Registration fee include hot buffet lunch plus tea/coffee and break foods for two days.  Meal vouchers will be issued and delegates will use this voucher to get food at the venue stated in their coupons. There are varieties of hot and cold foods. Lunch will start at 1 PM sharp with continue until 2 PM and please be there by 1 PM. If you miss the lunch, please do not blame us.  

Conference Accessories

Each participant will receive name tag, participation acknowledgement certificate, payment receipt, copy of the conference program in print and conference bag.

Conference Dinner

The end of the conference will be celebrated by a conference dinner. This is an optional event. If you are interested, please indicate it while completing registration form.  It is a great experience and it would not be easy to forget such an experience.
